We take the protection of your privacy seriously. The following Privacy policy details which of your Personal data we process if you visit our website, contact us or if we provide any services to you generally.

Processed Personal data

We process the following Personal data about you: your name, billing and shipping address, telephone number, email address and an IP address assigned to you by your internet provider. The use of our website is generally possible without providing any Personal data.

Sign-ups and log-ins to our website are serviced by SwissID, a service by Swiss Post. For description of Personal data processed by SwissID please refer to the Data Privacy Statement of SwissID.

If you provide payment information (e.g., credit card details) to conclude a contract with us, this information is processed directly by the selected payment provider through Worldline (Worldline Privacy notice).

We do not receive any information about you from SwissID or payment providers. The processing of your Personal data by these third parties is therefore their exclusive responsibility in accordance with their own data protection provisions.

Purpose of Data processing

We use the Personal data that we collect for the purpose of:

  • Processing and concluding contracts with our customers and business partners
  • Delivering the rented artworks to our customers
  • Providing information related to orders
  • Addressing your inquiry using the Contact us form
  • Processing of payments
  • Advertising and providing information about our services and offers
  • For our own statistical purposes and to be able to support our customers by improving our services and website
  • Asserting and defending legal claims in the context of legal disputes and official procedures

Retention policy

We process and store your Personal data only as long as necessary for the performance of our contractual and statutory obligations or otherwise for the purposes for which they are processed. As soon as your Personal data is no longer necessary for the above-mentioned purposes or a prescribed retention period expires, your Personal data will be erased.

We generally treat your Personal data confidentially and do not provide your Personal data to third persons unless you have expressly consented to this, we are legally obliged or entitled to do so or this is necessary to enforce our rights or duties arising from the contractual relationship.
